A Student of TSU Wins a Prize at an International Scientific Competition
8N.Bayryyev, a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Law at Magtymguly Turkmen State University, took part in the 23rd International Research Competition “Best Scientific Paper – 2025”, organized by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation Science and Enlightenment in the city of Penza, Russian Federation.
Within the framework of the competition in the field of Legal Sciences, N.Bayryyev presented a research paper entitled “The Legal Foundations of National Security of Turkmenistan and the Mechanisms for Its Provision”. The research was supervised by O.Suhanberdiyeva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Constitutional Law of Turkmen State University and Candidate of Legal Sciences.
Following the results of the competition, which was held in a remote format, N.Bayryyev’s paper was highly praised by the jury and the student was awarded a Second-Degree Diploma.
