International Scientific and Practical Conference to Be Held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University
54On March 13, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov chaired a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers via digital format. During the meeting, several issues related to state affairs were discussed.
Within the framework of the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Mammedov presented a report on international scientific and practical conferences and academic Olympiads planned to be held in April this year at higher educational institutions of the country.
As noted in the report, along with events to be organized at other universities, Magtymguly Turkmen State University is planning to host an international scientific and practical conference in an online format on the topic:
“Modern Scientific Research in the Study of Historical and Cultural Heritage: Sustainable Development of Peoples and Cultures.”
Students, faculty members, researchers of national higher educational institutions, as well as representatives of reputable educational centers from around the world are expected to participate.
Summarizing the report, the President emphasized that great importance is attached in the country to the development of the education system, identification of talented youth, and strengthening international cooperation in this field.
The Head of State approved the proposals to hold international scientific conferences and Olympiads at higher educational institutions, the Head of State addressed to the vice-premier to carry out the necessary work in this direction.
