22On March 30, a meeting was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University with a delegation led by the Rector of the V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University. The visit took place within the framework of the “Agreement on Cooperation between Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University”.
