Professional Development Training Classes Were Held Within the Framework of the ELS Program
3Between June 1st and 12th, professional development training classes were held at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University by the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan within the framework of the United States’ “English Language Specialist” (ELS) program, conducted by Brent Anthony Andres, a lecturer of English and communications courses at the American University of Armenia.
The professional development classes will help exchange professional experiences related to teaching English through the capabilities of artificial intelligence, designing curricula, methods for preparing educational resources and manuals, as well as developing language skills, academic writing, communication etiquette, and independent learning strategies.
On June 12th, certificates were presented to the teachers and students who participated in the professional development training classes.
