Meeting between Magtymguly Turkmen State University and Kalmyk State University via videoconferencing
224Today, on January 21, a videoconference meeting was held between the heads of Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Godorovikov of the Russian Federation on the development of bilateral cooperation.
Acting Rector of Kalmyk State University E. Mantayeva noted that, based on the friendly and fraternal relations maintained by the Heads of the two states, Turkmen-Russian relations have reached a high level in all respects.
Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Magtymguly Turkmen State University D.Annayev gave speech on the material and technical basis of the new educational buildings of our university opened in different years through the tireless efforts of our Hero Arkadag and our Esteemed President.
Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Professional and Additional Education of the Kalmyk State University O.Koniyeva noted about the cooperation between Magtymguly Turkmen State University and the higher education institution represented by him, and said that it would be expedient to cooperate in such areas as a network of educational programs between higher education institutions, two diploma programs, an academic program for professors and students, attracting foreign teachers to give lectures in a modular framework on various professional subjects, opening the centers for the Russian language and culture, as well as Turkmen language and culture at higher education institutions, and carrying out joint research work.
Several speeches were made at the meeting held via videoconferencing and various issues were discussed.
